Welcome to Midwest Estate Liquidators, serving all of Illinois, as well as surrounding states. We specialize in Estate Tag Sales, Household Liquidations, Live Auctions & Appraisals. With over 50 years experience, we can Organize, Market, Price and Sell your household, whether you are down-sizing, moving or have had a family loss.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reasons people have estate sales<\/strong><\/div>\n\n\n\n
Downsizing, relocation, life transition and sometimes a death in the family.<\/div>\n\n\n\n
Estate Sale calendars can book up quickly so you should call sooner rather than later.<\/div>\n\n\n\n
Each year people are turned down because they are calling only a month in advance.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Before you have an estate sale<\/strong><\/div>\n\n\n\n
Tag or remove all items that are not going to be included in the estate sale. Post it brand notes work very well for this especially if you are dividing items between people or locations.<\/div>\n\n\n\n
Never use masking tape as it can damage the items you are marking.<\/div>\n\n\n\n
 <\/div>\n\n\n\n
Do NOT<\/strong> throw anything away unless its a left over banana peel or yesterday\u2019s newspaper.<\/div>\n\n\n\n
Do NOT<\/strong> arbitrarily donate items. Charities have lists of items they need just donating a mass of items on them does not necessarily help and can create more work.<\/div>\n\n\n\n
If you are interested in donating we are happy to help. For the ideal donation an organization should match you\/your family\u2019s heart and be willing to accept at least a part of what you would like to donate.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

And did we mention, do NOT throw anything away!<\/strong> We discourage you from deciding what you think people would want. Please allow us to make that decision<\/div>\n\n\n\n
